When you visit a page with the Youtube-Plugin, a connection with the Servers of Youtube is established automatically. By this, Youtube gets to know what pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube is able to match your recent surfing behavior to you. Just log out of your Youtube-Account to prevent this.
When a Youtube video is started, Youtube uses cookies to collect information on user behavior.
Those, who have deactivated cookie saving for the Google Ad Program, don’t have to reckon with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also places non-personal usage information. You have to disable cookies in your browser to prevent this.
